Whisky Regions
Scotland was once divided into four different regions (Campbeltown, Islay, Highland, and Lowland). Scotch whiskies, however, tend to be divided into six different regions: Highlands, Lowlands, Speyside, Islands, Campbeltown, and Islay (though the Islands are not recognized by the big boys at the Scotch Whisky Association, but considered part of the Highlands region.)

I hope the dramsel learned a great deal about whiskey from some special Aussie ambassadors on Saturday. So sorry I missed out (not really)…
Absolutely, among other things, that Johnnie Walker Green isn’t half bad.
Hey. We met at the tasting event a few months ago. I told you that I would invite you to the next “amateur” tasting I’ll be hosting. Got about dozen friends coming over tomorrow for food, hookah, and tons of scotches…figure I’ll have at least two dozen I’ll be making available, including a few I got in Scotland just last week!! This was the only way I could figure out to contact you. Let me know chica! Email me.
Aw, man! Wish I could’ve been there!
